I decided to jump in and start working on my first project. In my last post I said I was going to use Microsoft SQL Server. However, based on some advice I ended downloading and using PostgreSQL, an open source application, because enterprises like things to be free as much as I do. It had a windows installer and my only problem with installation was with

Blog to demonstrate technical skills

In the past month I have started learning skills for a future career in data analysis. I completed my Bachelor degree in Psychological Science at the University of Queensland. In contrast to many of my peers, I enjoyed the large statistics component. My favourite part of completing my thesis was extracting meaning from the data I collected, using SPSS.
